Jon has been helping individuals and families make sense of their financial lives since 2001. With decades of experience, he guides clients through the complexities of retirement—structuring income, minimizing taxes, and incorporating charitable giving strategies to support their goals.
Jon is active in the community, serving on the board of Rady Children’s Hospital Foundation. He co-founded the Professional Alliance for Children in 2011 and served as its board chair from 2012 to 2019. He is also a past president of the Financial Planning Association of San Diego.
A graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Jon holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation and is authorized to use the CFP® marks, granted by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.
