Rand Spero is President of Street Smart Financial LLC, a financial planning and investment management firm based in Lexington, Massachusetts. He has a background in corporate strategic planning, economics, marketing, and psychology which provides a unique multi-disciplinary approach to financial matters.

His academic credentials include a Master’s degree in organizational behavior from Harvard University, and MBA degree in strategic planning from UCLA, and an undergraduate honors degree in psychology from Vassar College. He successfully completed the financial planning program from Boston University and is a board designated CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.

Rand conducts financial planning workshops for organizations such as the Tufts University Osher Lifelong Learning Institute and Massachusetts General Hospital. He has taught numerous courses in Service Marketing and Competitive Strategic Marketing at Northeastern University Graduate School of Management.
