Removing the barrier to qualified expertise, Kenwyck Capital meets our clients where they are, listening and guiding them with clarity and purpose to reach their dreams and fly.Additional Information
Anne Simpson learned the value of money early—rolling her banker father’s spare change for a 10% cut and receiving stock certificates as birthday gifts...not exactly on her wish list. By 16, she was investing in the stock market, experiencing firsthand the freedom that comes with financial confidence. That passion led her to become a financial advisor, determined to help others take control of their wealth. She quickly realized most women didn’t share her enthusiasm. Many felt intimidated, uncertain, or even guilty about their financial knowledge—despite deeply wanting independence. That’s why Anne founded Kenwyck Capital, a firm built to empower women. She creates a supportive, judgment-free space where clients feel heard, gain confidence, and take an active role in shaping their financial futures. Anne grew up in Georgia and graduated from Emory University. She then moved to Washington, D.C. where she worked for FBR Capital Markets, an investment bank, and the U.S. Treasury Department, while she earned her MBA from University of Maryland Global Campus. After Anne and her husband moved back to Georgia to be closer to her family, she worked for Edward Jones and Odyssey Personal Financial Advisors. She holds the Accredited AssetManagement Specialist® designation and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional. Outside of work, Anne enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and their dog, volunteering in her community, mentoring women taking the CFP exam, and playing golf.NAPFA Start Date
