Additional Information

In addition to being an adjunct instructor at Rice University, Ben provides wealth management solutions to affluent clients by addressing their five biggest concerns: preserving their wealth, mitigating taxes, taking care of their heirs, ensuring their assets are not unjustly taken and charitable giving. Ben uses a consultative process to gain a detailed understanding of his clients’ deepest values and goals. He then employs customized recommendations designed to address each client’s unique needs and goals beyond simply investments. As a CFP® professional, Ben is a fiduciary. That means he looks out for your best interests even if doing so results in lower compensation for him. Successful individuals and families work with Ben to: • Develop and implement a comprehensive wealth management plan to help them reach their financial dreams. • Make smarter decisions in today’s uncertain political, economic and social environment. • Obtain an independent second opinion from a top financial advisor in their community. Ben has been a CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) since 2007. He has also been a licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant) since 2004. Ben donates a significant portion of his time to various state and local financial planning and CPA organizations to help further the vital work of his profession. Ben is involved with a number of civic, religious and community initiatives in and around southeast Texas. He is a proud Eagle Scout and believes deeply in the principles of the Scouting program. He tries diligently to live by the Scout Oath and Law. Learning and living the Scout motto (“Be Prepared”) as a youth sowed the seeds of Ben’s intense love for provident planning.
