Planning Specialties
Kyle Labelle, CFP®, helps Millennial and Gen X couples (particularly those in the tech industry) use their stock compensation and savings to create more time, flexibility, and peace of mind. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and Retirement Income Certified Professional®, he takes a holistic approach to financial planning, integrating taxes, equity compensation planning, and cash flow management into a clear, coordinated plan to help clients reach their goals.
At Milestone Financial Planning, Kyle works with clients whose financial lives are becoming more complex as their careers progress. From equity compensation to tax strategy, he helps simplify key decisions and build a plan that allows clients to focus on their careers, families, and long-term goals with confidence. Clients often note that the biggest value isn’t just in the strategies or savings, but in the peace of mind that comes from knowing they have a plan that reflects their goals and a trusted partner by their side.
Kyle graduated Summa Cum Laude from Bridgewater State University with a degree in history. After initially planning to become a teacher, he discovered a passion for personalfinance and made a career transition into the profession. He later completed Boston University’s CFP® program and became a part-owner of Milestone Financial Planning in 2025.
He stays actively involved in the profession through his work with NAPFA, Fee-Only Network, co-leading the New Hampshire Study Group, and contributing nationally through committee work and peer collaboration.
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys skiing, hiking, and strength training, and values time spent with family, reading, and exploring new ideas.
Additional Information
Kyle has experience working with employees at companies like Microsoft and Anthropic, helping them navigate the complexities of equity compensation.
