Firefly Wealth Management is a fee-only, fiduciary financial planning firm in Cleveland, Ohio, working exclusively with attorneys. Lawyers' financial lives don't look like the textbook case. Compensation arrives in uneven shapes — draws, distributions, origination credit, a bonus that lands in February and has to cover the year. Student debt is often large and long-lived. Firefly was built for that. The work is planning-led: cash flow, taxes, debt, investments, insurance and equity decisions handled together rather than one product at a time.
