We serve retirees, young professionals, and professionals & executives.  

Tess Downing, MBA, CFP® is the founder and lead financial advisor of Complete View Financial LLC. She has worked with individuals and families from all different backgrounds for well over a decade. Her passion for helping people make better money decisions is what lead her to found Complete View Financial LLC.

Tess earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University.  She also graduated magna cum laude with her Bachelor of Science in Personal Financial Planning from TTU.   Before founding Complete View Financial, she worked in the fee-only financial planning and investment management industry with highly reputable firms on the East Coast.
