Hopkins Investment Management, LLC is a Registered Investment Advisory firm, registered with the SEC to provide investment advisory and financial planning services to our clients.

In addition to investment management and financial planning services, Martin Hopkins is a Certified Financial Transitionist (CFT). He has significant training and experience in helping clients who are going through a transition such as retirement, death of a spouse, divorce or have a significant change in their financial situation. We also help clients prepare for such a transition resulting in peace of mind and the ability to focus on other important life issues.

We are a fee-only firm, and earn our income only from fees paid by our clients for our services, as opposed to being commission based. These fees will always be fully disclosed and based upon a written agreement with our clients. Our clients' assets are held in custody at Charles Schwab, a highly reputable financial services firm. Assets held there are covered by the usual SIPC insurance as well as extensive further coverage arranged by the firms, over and above the SIPC coverage. All the usual brokerage services are available on their platforms, including the ability to transact in a comprehensive range of securities, as well as services like checking, debit card, money market, online access to view the account etc. Martin Hopkins is not an employee of Charles Schwab and our firm is totally independent.
