Exhibiting Opportunities
NAPFA events are your best opportunity to get one-on-one face time with NAPFA members – independent Fee-Only financial advisors always on the lookout for leading edge solutions to enable their business success.
NAPFA holds two conferences each year that draw several hundred practitioners. An exhibit hall is a part of each conference, and dedicated time is specifically allocated for members to visit the hall. The hall is open only at times when educational programs are not in session, so exhibiting firms are never in competition with other conference elements.
In addition to dedicated exhibit time, a NAPFA conference provides additional opportunities for interaction with conference attendees. For instance, most meals are served in the exhibit hall, including a welcome cocktail party at the beginning of each conference and break times are long enough for extensive conversations with attendees. For your convenience, NAPFA provides exhibitors with a list of attendees in advance and also following the conference to assist in your promotional and follow-up activities.
In addition to our national conferences, NAPFA holds several regional symposia each year. These are single-day programs focused on specific professional development topics. While there are no exhibitor opportunities available, your firm may sponsor a symposium or related program simulcast.
