Mark Berg
As Founder of Timothy Financial Counsel Inc., Mark’s primary role is the leadership and of the firm and serving select high complexity clients. Mark has served in the fee-only financial planning industry since 1995. He holds a BA in Economics from Wheaton College and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner. He is also a NAPFA Registered Financial Advisor where he has served as the Regional President and Chair, as well as on the National Board of Directors.
He speaks regularly at conferences on financial planning and practice management. He has been interviewed and/or quoted by a variety of publications, such as Dow Jones Newswire, The Wall Street Journal, Reader’s Digest, and Kiplinger’s and has been interviewed on NBC television. Mark serves on two for-profit boards and one not-for-profit board.
Mark and his wife, Cheryce, live in Wheaton, Illinois, with their three sons, Joshua, Ryan and Luke.
