Lazetta Rainey Braxton, CFP®, is Founder and CEO of Financial Fountains, a fee-only financial planning and investment management firm. Lazetta creates a financial haven for her clients—a safe space to explore and achieve financial goals through financial planning, investment management, and educational seminars. She partners with individuals, families, and institutions on their journey to financial well-being and to creating wealth for the common good.
As an advocate of financial planning in diverse communities, Lazetta serves as President of the Association of African American Financial Advisors and a member of the CNBC Digital Financial Advisor Council, the CFP Board Women’s Initiative Advisory Panel, the Financial Planning Association Diversity Committee, and the Foundation for Financial Planning Grants Committee. Lazetta has been featured by national magazines, Financial Planning, Morningstar, and Essence, and quoted in publications such as Kiplinger’s, Black Enterprise, Investment News, and Diversity Women.
