Hazel Durand
Hazel Durand is a senior vice president for Fidelity Clearing and Custody, a business unit of Fidelity Investments. She is focused on supporting clients with their strategic goals and objectives to be high-performing in today’s competitive market.
Ms. Durand manages the Fidelity Clearing and Custody Business Incubator Program, designed to accelerate the progress of growth-focused firms by uncovering opportunities to drive scale, efficiency and business process. Her team engages with prospects and clients through a consultative approach focused on identifying ideas and solutions to help them enhance their businesses and take them to the next level.
Prior to this role, she worked in Fidelity’s Tax Exempt Services organization where she led a team of relationship managers focused on supporting retirement plans for healthcare and higher education institutions. Prior to joining Fidelity in 2004, Ms. Durand worked at CitiStreet for 19 years. As a senior vice president, she was responsible for managing a team of 80 focused on supporting the institutional retirement needs of healthcare, higher education and public sector programs in New England and New York.
Ms. Durand received a bachelor of science degree in business administration with a dual concentration in marketing and international business from Northeastern University. She is a registered principal holding the following licenses: 65, 63, 7 and 24
