RESPONSIBILITIES WE’LL TRUST YOU WITH

The Associate Financial Advisor will work closely with the firm’s principal and Client Service Associate in preparing, delivering, and implementing financial plans. The Associate will sit-in on client meetings and support the pre-meeting preparation and post-meeting follow-up for all client planning, investment, and tax work. The Associate will learn, support, and contribute to the tools, systems, and technologies that allow the firm to provide consistently superior client service. Over time, the Associate will expand their role to take on more direct client communications, with a career path to higher-level advisor roles. The expectation is that the Associate will advance to provide direct client communication on operations-type issues within 6m-1year, and planning-type issues within 1-3 years.


QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors’ degree, ideally from an accredited, CFP Board Registered financial planning program. 0-3 years of experience. Demonstrated progress towards the CFP® Designation preferred. Must be team, detail, and client oriented. Must be able to provide and accept feedback. The ideal candidate will communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
