The Client Service Specialist is the first impression of our organization when a client calls or comes into our office. It is important that everyone, on the phone or in person, is greeted with warmth, and feels cared about and welcomed.

Responsibilities
Client Service Specialist
• Welcoming and hospitality for clients & visitors
• Client service needs via telephone and email.
• Confirm and schedule client meetings.
• As client requests, money transfers.
• Client account forms to support money movement and account administration.
• Client account monitoring & analysis: required distributions, and retirement plan contributions.
• Send clients their quarterly investment results.
• Send clients birthday cards, holiday gifts, and regular emails.
• Client meeting preparation: organize important information and reports for Wealth Managers.
• Client meeting follow-up: as requested by Wealth Managers.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word. Light Excel experience.
• 3+ years in a wealth management or brokerage firm.
Office Administration
• Tracking required professional licenses and support renewals
• Organize client events on educational topics as well as scheduling team members (and self) for educational meetings
• New Client Marketing and Communication, via holiday cards, gifts, emails, scheduling lunches.
