The Arkansas Financial Group is seeking a Financial Planner/Advisor who wants to innovate and grow in a fee-only firm where the fiduciary relationship and comprehensive financial planning is the core of every client relationship. We are seeking a team member who wants to add to the culture through their attention to detail and dedication to taking care of clients’ needs.  This is a position that has significant growth potential and ownership equity opportunity.

 In this role you will:

•  Join and/or support our Financial Planners and Advisors in servicing clients

•  Prepare, review and analyze planning models

•  Communicate with clients in a professional and accommodating manner

•  Contribute to the development and implementation of financial plans for clients

•  Manage investments using our internal systems and procedures (on which we will train you)

•  Exceptional communication skills - written and presentation

•  Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

•  Superior conceptual and problem-solving skills – You find solutions and if you do not know the answer, you go and find it.

•  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.  – In addition Salesforce and eMoney experience are greatly beneficial.

•  Comfortable working in a disciplined structure, and in a collaborative, collegial environment

 

Required Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of work experience

•  FINRA Series 66 (or 63 & 65) required (within 6 months)

•  CFP® certificate designation or enrolled in a CFP® program

•  Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.  Note, we do not sell financial products and business development is not required for this role.  Additionally, we offer paid time off, health insurance, and 401(k) safe harbor, among other benefits.
