Your mission as our Customer Relationship Manager

  • Support the Team goal of providing high quality comprehensive financial planning to PEM (pleasant, engaged and mature) clients.
  • Ensure clients are on-boarded smoothly and supported before and during their planning engagement. Help clients get the most from the financial planning process.
  • Support the senior financial planners - by answering client questions and helping with tasks as each planning engagement cycles from beginning to end.
  • Continuously grow and improve your financial planning knowledge so as to become a senior planner and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ practitioner.
  • Contribute to the growth and collaborative nature of our small, mighty Team at Compass.

Key Criteria/Requirements

 

  • Our dream candidate is excited about fee-only financial planning and becoming a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ practitioner.
  • College degree in related financial field; and/or pursuing CFP(R) certification.
  • 2 to 4 years experience - paid position and/or internships - in related field preferred
  • Exceptionally comfortable with technology
  • Patient and customer service orientated
  • Organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Team player -- focused on helping the Team help our clients
  • Good communication skills: phone, email, text, virtual meeting format
  • Able to travel between Boston and Wellesley offices every week and to offsite clients, as needed
  • Able to attend training meetings before and/or after regular business hours, as needed
