Byrne & Co. Wealth Management (BCWM), a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) Firm in Olympia, WA seeks a qualified CFP® Professional. The ideal candidate will be an established advisor with at least five years of relevant financial services experience and a desire to grow a Fee-Only practice.


BCWM is an established, independent firm in business since 2012 and has over 78 million in assets under management. Our primary goal is to help clients steward their resources through all phases of wealth accumulation. Our ideal candidate will have a breadth of financial knowledge as well as the desire to steward the growth of the business. They must also be committed to providing the highest level of service to clients.


QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation REQUIRED

• Clean compliance record and background check REQUIRED

• 4-year college degree REQUIRED, emphasis in finance preferred

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant financial services experience REQUIRED

• Experience providing hourly and asset-based financial planning

• Desire to enter into ownership &/or a future buy-sell arrangement


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Develop and manage client relationships by providing exceptional client service.

• Adhere to the compliance policies and procedures of the firm.

• Participate as an Investment Committee member.

• Perform Portfolio Management duties as required to serve client accounts.

• Provide clear and comprehensive planning analysis.

• Serve as an integral member of the client team to help build the business in a way that fosters growth.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• An understanding of fundamental portfolio management concepts.

• Strategic thinking, orientation to detail, analytical decision making skills and a willingness to proactively resolve client issues and concerns.

• Self-discipline to work independently within a team framework and a commitment to honesty and integrity.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to serve and help others.

• Strong oral and written skills, with a proven ability to communicate clearly with clients.

• Self-motivation, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to foster business growth.

• Experience and skill with industry software applications as well as a willingness to learn additional programs.
