We are a national recruiting firm specializing in placing financial planning professionals with leading wealth management firms nationwide. We are representing a fee-only firm in Atlanta, GA that is seeking an Associate Financial Planner to join their team. INDEPENDENT, EMPLOYEE-OWNED RIA

Our client is a growing, fee-only RIA in Atlanta managing approximately $325 million in assets. They provide comprehensive wealth planning, tailored investment solutions, and innovative client service to high net worth individuals, business owners, and families. This is an ideal opportunity for a new planner to get a solid foundation and one-on-one mentorship with an opportunity to grow into a lead planner.


RESPONSIBILITIES WE’LL TRUST YOU WITH

Work one-on-one with the Senior Wealth Planner and Operations Manager to learn all aspects of the firm’s wealth management and client service processes. Involvement in meeting prep and plan execution. Attend client meetings and document next steps and follow up activities utilizing CRM system. Assist in the development of customized financial plans and solutions related to investment, retirement, estate, and tax planning. Provide client service support including email correspondence, research, and account maintenance.


QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors’ degree from an accredited university; major in finance, accounting, or financial planning preferred. Pass CFP® exam within first two years of employment. Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be detail oriented and ambitious with high integrity. Possess or be progressing towards the Series 65 license, preferred.
