Client Operations/Service Associate
Regency Wealth Management is looking for a client operations/service associate with at least five years of retail financial experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, professional acumen, and proficient computer skills.
Key Skills required include:
• An ability to multi-task
• An ability to work both independently and with a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• An ability to learn new programs with ease
Job Tasks include, but are not limited to:
• Office Operations
o Creating and processing account paperwork
o Onboarding new clients in multiple software programs
o Interacting with multiple custodians
o Handling client Requests
o Calculating and processing Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs)
o Maintaining existing client files
o Processing and reconciling billing
o Update, Audit, and Verify
o Perform several key audits regularly
o Verify information in our reporting software and financial planning software
o Update and manage CRM
o Creating and changing workflow lists as needed
o Preferred software Knowledge
o Fidelity Wealthscape Platfrom
o Envestnet Tamarac Reporting Software and Rebalancer
o Red Tail Technologies CRM
