Aevitas is a fee-only independent registered investment advisor. We concentrate in multi-generational asset management and financial planning services for individuals, families and small businesses. The firm manages over 300 million dollars’ worth of assets and services over 200 client relationships. These relationships mean everything to us. Because our firm isn't affiliated with any company’s products, we have the freedom and flexibility to choose from a wide variety of options—options best suited to our clients’ individual needs.

We are in search of a Client Services Associate who is looking to join a small, boutique-style firm. Our office environment is casual, fun and professional, and we offer a compensation and benefits package that’s comparable to the larger firms.

The ideal addition to our team will be someone who

  • has financial services experience
  • is highly client-centered
  • desires a small boutique-working environment

Responsibilities include:

  • Client support functions with regard to financial planning, asset management and daily customer service tasks.
  • Perform general administrative functions such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and opening mail.
  • Preparation and processing of client paperwork and materials for client meetings.
  • Process and follow-up on client service requests.
  • Maintaining client databases and files.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of one year customer service experience in financial services, retail sales or a goal-oriented environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Candidate must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with customers.
  • Thrive on engaging with customers; can begin a conversation, build rapport, and handle client inquiries and/or problem resolution.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively and be a self-starter.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office applications (Excel, WORD, PPT, Outlook). Knowledge of Fidelity Wealthscape and Morningstar Office a plus.
  • Education: A four-year degree from an accredited college or university
