As a result, we are seeking a Financial Associate to help support our rapid growth (more than 30% annually).

RESPONSIBILITIES WE’LL TRUST YOU WITH

We believe in providing early opportunities for new associates to interact with clients. No more hiding you in the back for 2-3 years of admin work before you get to interact with clients! Assist lead advisors with all aspects of client meeting prep and follow-up. Maintain client records in CRM. Assist with trading and rebalancing of client investment accounts. Interact with clients over the phone and in-person. Work with lead advisors to assist in the preparation of financial plans and recommendations. Conduct research in response to client questions and requests.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in financial planning or related field from an accredited university. 1-3 years of financial planning experience. CFP® candidate or pursuing CFP® certification, preferred. Ability to work efficiently, independently, and accurately. Must be a team player with high integrity, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
