Company Description: Artemis Financial Advisors is a rapidly-growing Boston-based registered investment advisory firm serving the needs of high net-worth individuals and families. We are seeking a motivated individual who is dedicated to launching a career in financial planning. The candidate will gain hands-on experience supporting the existing team of advisors and the position will provide career development opportunities through mentorship, continuing education and direct client exposure.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepare for and attend client meetings and manage follow-ups

• Help onboard new clients

• Build and maintain financial plans for clients

• Conduct investment portfolio audits and annual reviews

• Become competent in all firm technology platforms and business processes

• Participate in many aspects of running a boutique financial advisory firm

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in economics or finance and a demonstrated interest in the wealth management industry via progress toward or completion of the CFP® designation and/or prior job or internship experience.

Additional Requirements:

• Extremely detail oriented

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Highly proficient in Excel

• Experience with financial planning software a plus

• Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment

• Series 65 within six months of hire

• Not allergic to cats
