Client Service Manager

Partnership Financial LLC is a growing, fee only, comprehensive financial planning company in Columbus, Ohio, located in the Clintonville neighborhood. We offer a team environment, a reputation for excellence and a continual focus on how to better serve our clients.

This is an administrative level position that will support advisors in all facets of the client relationship. You will assist in portfolio reporting, financial planning data entry, and operation of firm related software. You must be an independent and critical thinker, focused on meeting clients’ needs.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Financial Planning and Client Service

  • Gather, review and input client data, including tax preparation software
  • Communicate with clients regarding appointment scheduling and items needed for meetings
  • Primary responsibility for data accuracy in CRM, including workflows
  • Make recommendations for improving workflows and firm systems
  • Manage setup and maintenance of client portals, including account aggregation
  • Prepare financial planning software data in preparation of client meetings
  • Work with advisors and clients on account opening, servicing, and trade verification
  • Organize and execute client communications
  • Assist with planning company events

Office Management

  • Greet clients, prepare meeting spaces, and answer phones
  • Open incoming mail, send and log outgoing mail
  • Management of electronic documents in a paperless environment
  • Maintain relationships with outsourced partners
  • Assist in purchasing; keeping office equipment, supplies, and client materials up to date

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strict confidentiality required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and process paperwork efficiently and accurately
  • Comfortable operating in a paperless office environment
  • Warm, friendly personality with the ability to connect with people
  • Willing attitude: “no job is beneath me,” not a clock watcher
  • Independent, autonomous with a “get it done” mindset
