We are seeking an Associate Advisor to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of experience who has the drive to become a Financial Planner with in the next 1-2 years. This is a non-sales position that will work directly with Senior Financial Planners in serving new and existing clients.

What you will get to do:

  • Regularly monitor clients’ financial situations with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Involvement in all aspects of pre-client meeting activities and post-client meeting tasks
  • Prepare financial plans and retirement projections
  • Assist with trading and rebalancing of client investment accounts
  • Maintain client records in CRM and document management software
  • Interact with clients over the phone and in-person professionally and respectfully
  • Facilitate efficient office operations including leading and assisting with process and system improvement projects

What our client seeks in a candidate:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree from an accredited CFP Board registered financial planning program or equivalent experience
  • Pass CFP certification examination within first two years of employment
  • Show curiosity and confidence when dealing with clients and lead advisors
  • Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Specific experience working with Junxure, Drake Tax Prep, Steele Systems, Morningstar, Right Capital and Raymond James and Schwab systems is helpful, but not required.
