Stephen helps his clients find peace of mind by designing custom strategies that put them on a path to financial freedom. As a fiduciary, he builds deep relationships with clients that are founded on trust and integrity, so they can be assured their best interests always come first.
Stephen has a passion for working with clients to craft and execute comprehensive, evidence-based plans that are consistent with their long-term financial goals. Whether related to portfolio management, wealth transfer, risk management or tax strategy, he is always seeking opportunities to address clients’ complex and challenging issues with practicable solutions.
Stephen brings more than 10 years of experience in financial services. Prior to joining Buckingham Strategic Wealth in January 2015, he spent six years at GuideStone Financial Resources, most recently as a senior mutual fund analyst. Stephen earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Baylor University in 2008 and a certificate in financial planning from Southern Methodist University in 2011. He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor? professional designations.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys spending time with friends and family, getting outdoors as much as possible, traveling, and rooting for Baylor University and his hometown Dallas sports teams.
