Jodi Vleck, the founder of Beta Wealth Group, an independent San Diego-based firm, has been a financial advisor since 1998.
Her approach to wealth planning and management is consultative, emphasizing objective, educated financial decision-making. “All too frequently,” Jodi says, “important financial matters are determined based on impulse and emotion instead of facts and analysis.”
Before establishing Beta Wealth Group, Jodi served as a financial consultant with the investment services division of Addison Avenue Federal Credit Union and as a qualified plans specialist with Western Capital. Prior to her financial services career, Jodi taught government and economics. Her experience as both a professional and an educator help her deliver clear, insightful advice and recommendations to her clients.
Named one of the best wealth managers by the readers of San Diego Magazine*, seven consecutive years (2006-2012).
Jodi holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both political science and communications from Western Michigan University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in secondary education from Eastern Michigan University. A recent graduate of the College for Financial Planning and a member of the Financial Planners Association, she is currently pursuing the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.
