Additional Information
Dan Andrews is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Accredited Estate Planner® designee, and Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy®. He specializes in helping clients efficiently and effectively juggle their many personal finance responsibilities. Since joining the profession in 2012, Dan makes the financial planning process less daunting with a professional yet light-hearted approach.
Dan’s backstory includes growing up in San Diego, graduating from the University of Denver, working at Walt Disney World, and starting his career working in luxury hotels in Aspen, Colorado. He then joined the financial planning profession as a wealth manager before launching his own firm, Well-Rounded Success, which he operated from 2015 through 2020. He now works at Financial Planning Fort Collins and enjoys being part of a team where many professionals bring their individual styles and expertise to the overall client experience.
Giving back is important to Dan, and he also encourages his clients to think about how they’ll be everyday philanthropists by giving their time, treasure, and talent. In addition to many other philanthropic efforts, Dan was a founding member and the Vice President of the XY Planning Network Diversity Committee for more than two years. He currently gives his time by volunteering with the Meals on Wheels of Fort Collins and shares his treasure by donating blood on a regular basis — even though he doesn’t like needles.
Dan and his wife Lauren live in Fort Collins and both enjoy being goofballs alongside their son, Quinn. Dan’s hobbies include tennis, pinball, traveling, gardening (in the learning stage), and corny jokes.
