Glen has extensive experience in developing comprehensive plans that address all the facets of financial planning, including retirement, investment, tax, estate and risk management / insurance. His planning methodology is based on considering the interdependencies between all the elements of a client’s financial status and goals in order to create a viable financial strategy.
Prior to joining SPFA, Glen was a senior product manager at Fiserv where he was responsible for product definition, planning, implementation and deployment of a stochastic financial analysis solution which was successfully launched by a Fortune 500 financial services company, and is currently utilized by over 700 financial advisors. Glen also worked as the Director of the Financial Planning Unit at SGC Financial where he managed the investment and financial planning activities of the firm and delivered numerous comprehensive financial plans, analyses, recommendations and implementation strategies.
Additional Information
Glen is a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA). He holds a graduate certificate in Financial Planning from University of California, Berkeley, an MBA in Finance from California State University, East Bay, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
In his spare time, Glen enjoys bicycle riding, skiing and kayaking. He also enjoys attending sporting events including Stanford football and his daughter's soccer games.
