Isaiah joined Budros, Ruhlin & Roe in 2012 and now serves as a Senior Wealth Manager and Business Succession Lead. In addition to aiding clients in a wealth management capacity, Isaiah has a passion for helping business owners navigate their unique and complicated situations.

Isaiah began his career in public accounting where he specialized in tax compliance and planning for high-net worth individuals, estates, trusts and family-owned businesses.

Isaiah serves on the advisory boards for The Entrepreneurship Institute (TEI) and the Conway Center for Family Business and is a founding member of the Exit Planning Institute Central Ohio Chapter.  He is an active speaker on today’s most critical topics for business owners and succession planning, having presented to the Entrepreneurs Association, Women Presidents’ Organization, Financial Planning Association of Columbus, TEI Presidents’ Forum and the Worthington, Columbus, Central Ohio and Tri County Estate Planning Councils.

After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Otterbein University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Isaiah went on to obtain a Master of Accounting degree through The Ohio State University’s Max M. Fisher College of Business. Isaiah is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant, a Certified Public Accountant and holds the Certified Exit Planning Advisor designation.

Isaiah currently resides in Westerville, Ohio with his wife and three children. An avid golfer himself, Isaiah has enjoyed watching his children take up the sport.
