Russell Wayne is a Wall Street veteran with four decades of experience. His first 23 years were with the Value Line organization. While there he was Managing Editor of The Value Line Investment Survey, Portfolio Manager with Value Line Asset Management, Portfolio Adviser to the Value Line Mutual Funds, Executive Editor of The Value Line OTC Special Situations Service, and Director of Value Line Software. In 1990, he became Chief Investment Officer of Heine Management Group and the LMH Fund, Ltd., both of Westport, CT. In 1995, he founded Sound Asset Management Inc. Clients for whom he has managed portfolios include Xerox, Texas Utilities, National Maritime Union, and United Cerebral Palsy Association. Mr. Wayne has been a featured guest on television, including CNN and the Bloomberg Network. He has been quoted in leading business periodicals, including The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, Business Week, Kiplinger's Personal Finance, The Wall Street Transcript, and The New York Times as well as MSNBC. Mr. Wayne earned his B.A. and M.B.A. at Hofstra University. He earned his Certificate in Financial Planning from Florida State University and has pursued postgraduate studies at New York University School of Law. He is listed in Who’s Who In The East, Who’s Who in Finance and Industry, Who’s Who in America, and Who’s Who in the World.
