You're feeling emotionally and financially insecure. You feel out of touch with your money after delegating financial decisions to your spouse for so many years. You feel like your whole life just got cut in half, and worry how that’s going to impact your family's lifestyle.
How I can help:
- Analysis of long-term impacts of proposed divorce settlements
- Budget that factors in wages, spousal support, and child support
- Updated plan for retirement and other long-term financial goals
- Beneficiary update on your accounts and insurance policies
Widows
You're completely overwhelmed with grief. Your finances are the last thing you want to be worrying about, but there's so much to be done. Your financial information and important documents are in disarray and you’re struggling to get organized.
How I can help:
- Reviewing bills, loans, & other immediate obligations
- A budget to make sure you live comfortably and retain a sense of normalcy
- Transitioning your home, accounts, and other assets into your own name
- Re-examining retirement and other long-term financial goals
Additional Information
I am committed to continuing my education. I have 2 masters degrees: an MBA in Finance and a Masters in Personal Financial Planning, in addition to Bachelors in Business Administration. I have deepened my professional knowledge by earning the Certified Financial Planner®, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®, and Certified Private Wealth Advisor® designations.
I am passionate about making financial advice accessible to those who have been underserved by my industry. I volunteer with Family Reach, providing pro bono financial planning to families affected by cancer. I also donate my time mentoring and coaching financial planning students at my alma mater, Sacramento State.
In my downtime, I enjoy trying out new Pinterest recipes, exploring local wine country, and chasing after my twin toddler boys.
