Call for Session Proposals and Desired Topics
NAPFA is accepting session proposals and desired topics from members to contribute new ideas, solutions and innovations for current issues and trends in financial planning.
Proposals must include all the requested elements found within the online form.
Please note that these are not vendor sponsored presentations. For more information on contributing a sponsored session or webinar, contact Ric Haines.

Submit a Session for the NAPFA Fall 2021 National Conference (Boston)
The deadline to submit a proposal is May 14, 2021
You will be notified of your proposal status by June 25, 2021
NOTE: We continue to monitor the impact of COVID on city rules and regulations and will make adjustments accordingly. By submitting your proposal, and in the event your proposal is accepted for presentation, you understand and agree that your presentation may be made onsite at the meeting for a live audience or it may be provided virtually.
Submit a Session for the NAPFA Spring 2022 National Conference (Atlanta)
The deadline to submit a proposal is August 27, 2021
You will be notified of your proposal status by December 10, 2021
Share an Idea or Topic Area You Want to See at a NAPFA National Conference
We want to hear the big ideas of our members! If you have a topic or idea you want us to explore for future conferences, share it with us without needing to prep a full session proposal.
Refer a Speaker
Know a great speaker or subject matter expert? Refer someone you want us to consider for future conferences. Speaker representatives must submit a formal session proposal to be considered.
*Accepted proposal presenters will receive complimentary registration to the conference. Presenters are responsible for securing and paying for their own travel, lodging and expenses.
