Since starting our relationship in October 2022 with Craig Joncas & his colleague Jessi Dolmage, we have been incredibly impressed with their service. They are both quite impressive — extremely smart, knowledgeable, and professional. They respond to our questions & concerns with lightning-fast speed, and provide thorough & detailed answers either by phone or e-mail. They’re also readily available for meetings by Zoom and in-person. From the start of our relationship, theIr work product of several 30+ page reports & revisions reflect thoughtful consideration and are directly tailored to our circumstances & needs for short- and long-term financial planning. There’s nothing “cookie cutter” about their recommendations and advice. These recommendations & advice already have saved us more money than their annual fixed fee. In other words, the value of their services is outstanding to say the least. Moreover, while Penobscot offers investment management & other services for a separate fee, Craig’s & Jessi’s reports have provided (for no additional fee) a detailed analysis of our investments and suggested changes in allocations and the like moving forward. In short, we feel that Craig & Jessi have constructed financial order in our life to meet our goals. Moreover, we have complete compete confidence that they will update their work & answer all questions as our circumstances change. We will definitely continue to work with Craig & Jessi on a regular basis & recommend them to others without the slightest reservation.
