Lauren Locker, CFP is the principal at Locker Financial Services, LLC in Little Falls New Jersey, and expanded her commitment to serving the needs of the senior clients by becoming a Registered Financial Gerontologist (RFG) and a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). Holders of these designations have supplemented their individual professional licenses, credentials and education with knowledge about the key health, social and financial issues that are important to seniors. She has served as a panelist at the New York Times, presented modules for the Women's Financial Information Program offered through Rutgers Cooperative Extension Service and is regularly called upon to contribute to articles in The Bergen Record and The Star Ledger, as well as Smart Money and The Wall Street Journal Online. Additionally, Lauren has served as a hospice volunteer, and is a member of her community’s Emergency Response Team (C.E.R.T.). |

Giles' experience spans more than three decades, including time spent with the Internal Revenue Service, national and local CPA firms, and as owner of a fee-only wealth management firm he co-founded in 1990. He graduated from the University of North Carolina – Wilmington, earning a B.S. in Accounting and subsequently became a CPA and later added the PFS (Personal Financial Specialist) designation, achieving the nation's highest score on the qualifying exam. He completed an educational program through the College of Financial Planning and has been awarded the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. In addition, Giles completed an investment management educational program at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania leading to the CIMA® (Certified Investment Management Analyst) designation awarded by the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA). |

| Carolyn McClanahan | Carolyn McClanahan, M.D., CFP is the Founder of Financial Planning at Life Planning Partners. She is a graduate of Mississippi University for Women and the University of Mississippi School of medicine. In 2000, after looking for a financial planner and only finding sales people in her area, she went back to school for fun to learn about financial planning and decided to make a career change. In addition to leading her financial life planning practice, Dr. McClanahan speaks nationally to financial planners and physicians on the interplay between health and financial issues. Robert Gerstemeier, MBA, CFP® is the President and founder of Gerstemeier Financial Group, LLC a Fee-Only Registered Investment Advisory firm with offices located in Chicago and Cincinnati. He completed the Certificate in Financial Planning Program at Florida Institute of Technology and subsequently earned the Certified Financial Planner designation. He attended Miami University on a U.S. Navy Scholarship and also received an MBA from Embry-Riddle University. Bob spent significant time in the US Navy as a Naval Flight Officer and also worked at the Pentagon in Washington, DC where he was selected to work on Naval Intelligence issues. Near the end of 2009 he was recalled back to active duty and was deployed to Afghanistan to be part of a Provincial Reconstruction Team. After personally experiencing high pressure sales techniques from a financial planning company focused solely on military members, Bob searched for a better way to work with an advisor. This search ultimately led him to choose financial planning as a follow on career. In 2003 he started his firm with the desire to work with clients in a way where the advisor’s goals are aligned with the client’s. He is a staunch advocate of the Fee-Only approach to financial planning and regularly speaks to groups about what it means to be a fiduciary and why it is so important. Before becoming a financial professional, Linda held several executive positions in the banking industry. She began her career as a bank examiner. Linda has a BBA in Business Administration from Principia College and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. She is past president of the Pikes Peak Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners and of the High Noon Sertoma Club. She has been or is currently involved with various organizations on their boards or other committees: The Colorado Springs Utilities Policy Advisory Committee, the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement and the Estate Planning Council. |

| Dr. Ray Forgue | Dr. Raymond Forgue, PhD retired in 2008 as an Associate Professor at the University of Kentucky. He earned his PhD from Virginia Tech in Consumer and Family Economics. At the University of Kentucky he served as Department Chair for five years, as Acting Dean of the College of Human Environmental Sciences and the departmental Director of Graduate Studies and Director of Undergraduate Studies. Ray serves as the Consumer Representative on the National Board at NAPFA. Dr. Forgue is co-author of Personal Finance published by Houghton Mifflin Company. This college-level textbook is in its 10th edition and has been adopted by instructors at over 300 colleges and universities across the United States. He also co-authored How To Care For Your Parents Money While Caring for Your Parents (McGraw-Hill). |
